UK SHIPPING

We ship to all postcodes in the United Kingdom including the Highlands & Islands, the Northern Isles and Jersey.

All UK orders must have a minimum spend of £300 which are automatically eligible for FREE shipping.

All UK orders are next day delivery if ordered before midday.

Click & Collect is also available for UK orders and is free. All orders are to be collected from our Cash & Carry during opening hours at the following address: Unit N/G/8, Nortex Business Centre, 105 Chorley Old Road, Bolton, BL1 3AS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Europe - Shipping to Europe is based on weight and amount of boxes. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days.

USA - All goods shipped to the USA will be charged based on weight. Customers are responsible for import tax on all goods shipped to America, Shipping costs are also determined by weight of the items being shipped. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days to arrive.

RETURNS

We will accept returns on any faulty items within 30 days of delivery.

UK customers may return your items FREE of charge via the DPD Network. There are over 2,500 locations across the UK. You can find your local shop using DPD's: Pickup Shop Finder

1. Visit our Returns Portal and search for your order
2. Choose the products you wish to return
3. Print your label and prepare your package
4. Return for FREE to your chosen DPD return location and your items will be with us within 2-3 working days
5. Track your return from the Returns Portal
6. We'll inspect and refund your items within 10 working days

If your orders are too big to ship back via DPD Pickup Shop - please phone us to arrange a return.
